Our Process
Consultation
We start with a consultation.
The consultation will establish the scope of the project and design.
Design
We create and present your design using 3-D or CAD software.
You will receive an estimate and contract for the project.
There is a one-time design fee.
Contract
Contract is agreed upon and signed.
One-half of the cost is due upon signing the agreement.
Any project below $50,000 requires half down
Complete
Upon completion, we conduct a walkthrough together.
The remaining balance is due before we leave the completed project.
